Thomas Farrell
Founder
Thomas has spent his career close to small businesses. He is the Founder of PEO Spectrum, where he bootstrapped and built the nation’s largest PEO brokerage. Thomas’s work has helped thousands of companies improve their bottom line through streamlining HR and reducing health insurance costs.
Upon selling PEO Spectrum to The Alera Group, a top national insurance brokerage, Thomas focused on PEO/Insurance industry synergies and integration. Prior to PEO Spectrum, Thomas started three smaller companies in lead-generation, alternative marketing, and real estate.
Thomas is a graduate of Brown University, a YPO member, and serves on various private and non-profit boards.
